Failed generations
If a generation fails for a technical reason on our end, the credits spent on it are automatically refunded to your account balance — no request needed.
Subscription plans
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your account; it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again afterwards. We don't provide partial refunds for the remainder of an active billing period.
One-time credit purchases
One-time credit purchases are final once the credits have been used for a successful generation. If you bought credits and haven't used them, contact us within 7 days of the purchase and we'll review the request.
How to request a refund
Contact contact@sylfayraai.com with your account email and the date of the charge. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
