1. The service
Sylfayra AI lets you generate videos from a text description or a photo using third-party AI models. Generations consume credits from your account balance, obtained through a free signup allowance, a monthly subscription plan, or a one-time credit purchase.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal, harassing, infringes on someone else's likeness or rights without consent, or violates the acceptable-use policies of our underlying AI model providers. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
3. Ownership of generated content
Subject to the acceptable-use rules above, you own the videos you generate. Free-plan videos include a small watermark; paid-plan videos are watermark-free.
4. Credits and billing
Credits are deducted when a generation is submitted; if a generation fails, the credits are refunded automatically to your balance. Subscription credits are added on each billing cycle and, unless stated otherwise on the pricing page, unused credits carry over while your subscription remains active.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the current billing period. One-time credit purchases are not subscriptions and do not renew.
6. Service availability
Generation depends on third-party AI infrastructure we don't control. We aim for high reliability but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific model.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
